IMPORTANT

• The handles are ONLY a guide for the rope
• Must use with a12' or longer rope to properly secure the bag - See the M1028 heavy duty marine dock line
• Bag should be secured through the cleats / handles on both the top and bottom of the bag - See instructions
• Rope should be tied tightly around the bag and not putting any pull on the cleats / handles
• The bag must be filled 100% full! Partially filling the bag can cause the bag to shift and damage the bag
• Fill the bag with air, properly place the bag on the seat and the use the pump to fill with water. Use the air release to bleed out any air and continue to fill with water until the bag is 100% full and there is no air left in the bag.

Pro Tip – Speed Calibration: Adding heavy stern ballast changes your boat’s running angle, which often causes factory paddlewheel speedometers (like Yamaha Connext) to read 1–2+ mph off your actual speed. For consistent surf waves, calibrate your speed using a phone GPS app or a GPS-enabled chartplotter. On Yamaha jet boats, the Connext screen will often read 13.4 to 13.7 for optimal wave conditions.
